Write from the cohort you already have

A first note does not need a perfect export. It does need enough for us to see whether an audit, a shorter engagement reading, or a briefing is the honest next step.

We answer from the Malacca office on weekdays. If you write after Thursday afternoon, expect the reply on Monday. For a booked briefing, we hold the sitting in English and can include Malay in the room when you say so in advance.

Do not send student names in the first message. Describe the app and the cohort size; hashed files come later, after we agree the reading.
