Rates for a reading
Fees are quoted after we see the shape of the export. The figures below are floors, not a menu of packages you pick from a card.
A remote education app reading is priced like other professional advice in Malaysia: by the span of the records, the number of students in the cohort, and whether the export is already clean. We do not bill by login month. We do not discount a second “seat.”

A deposit of thirty percent is due when we accept the export. The balance is due on delivery of the written reading (or on the briefing date, for a briefing-only booking). Invoices are in ringgit. Bank transfer details go on the invoice.
What moves a quote above the floor
- Two apps for the same cohort, or a module tree that was renamed mid-term without a map.
- Parent logins mixed with student logins on a tuition-centre homework app, which takes extra days to untangle.
- A cohort above four hundred hashed identifiers.
- A request to hold the briefing on campus outside Malacca (travel is billed at cost, agreed in writing).
- An export that arrives with names, which we will not keep; you resend a hashed file, and the calendar shifts.
What does not have a rate
We do not quote to build or host an app. We do not quote for student recruitment pages. We do not sell retainers that promise a person on call every week; if a later intake needs a look, that is a mid-term check with its own floor.
Asking for a figure
Write with the app’s name, the faculty or tuition centre, the term dates, and a sentence on whether names can be stripped before the file leaves your office. We reply within two working days with either a figure or a list of what is still missing. The contact page is the right door. House rules for deposits and unused sittings sit on the refund page.
