Some faculties do not need a term-length audit. They have one noisy module, a new recorded-lecture library, or a four-week remote stretch and want a sober note on whether students opened what was posted.

A learner engagement reading takes a narrower slice: one module, or a defined four-to-six week block, inside an app the cohort already uses. We still ask for an anonymised export and the timetable for those weeks. We still refuse to invent reasons the records cannot support.

The deliverable is a written note of eight to twelve pages, sent as a file, with a thirty-minute clarification call if a sentence is unclear. There is no faculty briefing and no second draft beyond factual corrections. If the note uncovers a pattern that deserves the longer audit, we will say so rather than stretch this format past its honest length.

Fees start from RM 2,400. The reading is a poor fit if you cannot name the module or if parent and student logins are mixed and unlabelled; in that case the full audit’s kick-off is the safer first conversation.
