Faculty briefing after a reading
A working session that walks heads of department through a reading already on the table.

A written reading sitting in one coordinator’s inbox rarely reaches the people who set the tutorial timetable. A faculty briefing is the session in which heads of department, module leaders, and — when invited — a dean’s office representative hear the same pages at the same time.
We use the reading you already commissioned from Toolkitspring, or, at a higher fee, a reading another adviser prepared, provided we are given time to query its sources. The ninety minutes are a working conversation: which recordings can be retired, which quizzes should move to the night before class, which last-open clusters sit on public holidays and should not be treated as neglect.
We do not run a training on how to teach remotely. We do not grade lecturers. The recap after the sitting is one page of decisions spoken in the room, not a second audit.
The session is in English. If several colleagues are more comfortable in Malay, say so when you write; we can hold the discussion bilingually, while the recap stays in English to match the original reading.
Name the app, the cohort, and the term dates. We will say whether this format fits before any fee is agreed.
