After an audit, a faculty sometimes changes the quiz schedule, retires unused recordings, or writes a clearer message to students about when a lecture file is meant to be opened. The next intake then lives with those changes. A mid-term check asks whether the later records actually moved.

We only take this work when we already wrote the first reading, or when you can send that reading in full with its original export description. The second export must use the same field list: lesson opens, video progress, quiz attempts, last-open dates. Mixing a new app or a renamed module tree without a map makes the comparison decorative, and we will decline it.

The note is shorter than the original audit. It says what stayed put, what shifted, and which calendar events (orientation week, a moved public holiday, a campus closure) still explain a cluster of quiet days. There is a forty-five minute call, not a full faculty briefing.

Fees start from RM 3,600. If the second cohort is twice the size or split across two campuses with different live timetables, we quote above that floor after the kick-off.
