Terms of use

These terms cover the website and any reading you commission from the Malacca practice.

These terms apply to your use of toolkitspring.click and to any remote education app reading, engagement note, briefing, or mid-term check you commission from Toolkitspring. By using the site or sending a request, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or send an export.

The practice

Toolkitspring is a professional practice based at Office 7, 58 Test Avenue, Malacca 00000, Malaysia. Contact: +60 6 000 2180 and info@toolkitspring.click. We read usage records of remote education apps. We do not host those apps, sell software subscriptions, or take payment for goods through this site.

Commissioning a reading

A request sent through the contact form is an enquiry, not a contract. A contract exists only when we send a written fee, scope, and timeline and you accept in writing (including email). The published rate floors on the rates page are invitations to treat, not offers.

You warrant that you have authority to send an anonymised export, that names and matrix numbers have been stripped, and that the records concern a cohort your organisation is entitled to review. We may refuse a file that still contains personal identifiers.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, layout, and decoration belong to Toolkitspring. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy pages for another practice. The written reading we deliver is licensed to your organisation for internal academic and administrative use. You may share it with faculty and a dean’s office. You may not resell it or publish hashed extracts that could re-identify a student.

Liability

Readings interpret records against a timetable. They are professional opinions, not warranties that a faculty decision will raise lesson opens. We are not liable for lost marks, enrolment changes, or employment decisions made after a briefing. Our aggregate liability under a commissioned reading is limited to the fee paid for that reading, except where Malaysian law forbids a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

The site is offered as published. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. External image sources and fonts are outside our control.

Site conduct

Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or send malware. Do not submit another person’s personal data in the message fields.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about a commissioned reading, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may hold.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Commissioned work already accepted in writing remains under the terms in force on the acceptance date.
